Every Photograph on This Site
Source, licence, photographer and, most importantly, whether the photograph was taken in this region or somewhere else. Nobody requires us to publish this. It is here because a site that shows stock photography while implying it is local work is doing something we would rather not do.
Photographs taken in Mobile County or Baldwin County
These eight are genuinely local. Six are public domain, five of those through the Library of Congress or the National Archives, and the remaining two are Creative Commons licensed with attribution given below.

These fifteen are stock photographs used to illustrate cabinetry, workshop work, wood grain and interiors. They are licensed for this use under the Unsplash Licence. They were not taken in Alabama, they do not show work by anybody connected with this site, and they are not presented anywhere on this site as examples of our own work. Every caption on the site describes what the photograph actually shows rather than claiming it as a project.

Why we do not use job photographs
Because we do not have any of our own, and using somebody else's would misrepresent their work as ours. That is a straightforward matter of honesty rather than a legal position. Real before and after photographs of finished cabinet work are an asset that belongs to the shop that did the work, and when a cabinet shop takes this site on, their photographs and their reviews will replace the stock imagery above.
For the same reason there are no customer reviews, no testimonials and no rating structured data anywhere on this site. The about page sets out what else is deliberately absent and why.
Licence notes
Public domain images from the Library of Congress and the National Archives carry no restriction on reuse. The two Creative Commons images require attribution, which is given in the table above and is also carried in the file metadata: Mobile skyline by Quintin Soloviev under CC BY 4.0, and the Saraland highway photograph by formulanone under CC BY-SA 2.0. The Gulf Shores photograph is released under CC0, a public domain dedication, with attribution given here as a courtesy rather than a requirement.
